Booking Policies
  • Your Reservation: When reserving a room your name, address, arrival and departure time and method of payment are required.
  • Rates: All rates are based on posted room occupancy. For safety reasons, the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.
  • Check-in & Check-out: The suite is at your disposal from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 11:00 am. The hotel is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. 
  • Smoking: We are a smoke-free facility. No cigarette smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is permitted. Failure to adhere to smoking policy will result in a minimum damage charge of $300. 
  • Pets: We are unable to accomodate Fido or Fluffy at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    Booking Terms
    • Damages: Each guest room is thoroughly inspected prior to arrival. It is the responsibility of each new occupant to immediately notify the manager on duty of any suspected prior damage or accidental damage(s) for which the current guest is responsible. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages during their stay. The Washington Hotel is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of property, including valuables, of any kind.
    • Guest Behavior: We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. Please be aware that our lack of front desk does not indicate a lack of presence. In case of breaking these rules (which include, but is not limited to, smoking, improper access, excessive damage) you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made. 
    • Cancellations: Cancellations after 3:00pm PST or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation. This policy does not apply to cancellations due to COVID-19.
